Enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for older people through creative, engaging activities as a Lifestyle Assistant. This part-time opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about enriching lives every day in a calm, friendly environment. The ideal candidate will design and deliver individual and group activities to support residents' emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and facilitating lifestyle programs based on individual needs, supporting new residents, documenting participation and outcomes of lifestyle activities, advocating for residents, maintaining compliance with aged care quality standards and policies, assisting with evaluation of residents' wellbeing, and contributing to safe, respectful, living environments.We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is able to work respectfully in a diverse, team-based setting. A National Police Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Manual Handling training, valid Driver's Licence, and understanding of aged care issues are also essential requirements.
