Lifestyle Solutions provide innovative and flexible person-centered support for people living with a disability. Support Workers in our community hub assist customers to engage in social activities and expand their friendship groups. Our community hub has an inclusive and supportive culture offering a creative environment for our customers to participate in a wide variety of activities.

As a Support Worker your responsibilities will include:

- **Active support**: develop personal interests, provide personal care, transportation and coach independent living skills
- **Health support**: administer and document medication and follow health support plans
- **Positive behaviour support**: manage behaviour triggers and escalation
- **Safeguarding**: ensure the safety of you and the participant, documentation and reports

**About you**
- Demonstrated motivation to work with people with disability
- Be willing to work short shifts in the range of 2-5 hours including mornings, afternoons and occasional weekend shifts
- NDIS Worker Check
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
- Current Driver's License (Mandatory Requirement)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or be willing to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate, HLTAID003
- Up to date Covid vaccinations
