The Role

As a full-time or part-time Workplace Injury Prevention Specialist, you will support clients in their journey back to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive worksite assessments to identify duties that facilitate clients' short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals through case conferencing to optimize client outcomes
  • Organize and coordinate rehabilitation activities for clients, including Pilates and Hydrotherapy sessions
  • Review and analyze medical reports to inform evidence-based treatment plans
  • Complete thorough ergonomic assessments to ensure a safe working environment
