Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational health and safety, rehabilitation, or a related field
  • Experience in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and return to work programs
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and report on injury data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the transport and logistics industry would be an advantage
