Workplace Injury Recovery Specialist

As a Workplace Injury Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping people return to work and overcome workplace injuries.

  • You will educate workers about the health benefits of good work practices and how to prevent and manage injury and disability in the workplace.
  • You will collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
  • You will assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve their goals and return to work.
  • You will identify and address physical, psychological, and/or workplace barriers that may affect a worker's recovery and return to work.
  • You will complete assessments to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, or Rehabilitation Counsellors who want to make a positive impact on people's lives.
