Food Manufacturing Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement process improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies and procedures
- Leading cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Science or a related discipline, 3-5 years of experience in a QA role within food manufacturing, and a solid understanding of HACCP and food quality systems.
