Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in the rapidly expanding food manufacturing industry.

  • This role involves implementing and maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • You will conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor adherence to quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and updating quality assurance protocols, standards, and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams is another key responsibility.
  • Thorough product testing and analysis will be performed to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Investigating customer complaints and internal quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions is also essential.
  • You will provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures to mitigate quality-related risks is a critical aspect of this role.

For this position, we require:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Officer in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
