About the Role
Weel, a leading spend management solution in Australia, is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth in our Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment.
This pivotal role will harness your sales expertise to uplift our entire Account Executive function. As a strategic partner to both customers and internal leadership teams, you'll shape our product offerings to achieve 10x growth.
You'll join a high-performing team at a dynamic scale-up, leveraging your sales skills within a supportive and diverse environment. With a strong focus on collaboration, we're committed to excellence and aim to deliver exceptional results.
The Ideal Candidate
- Results-Driven: A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Sales Dynamo: Proven ability to plan and execute territory strategies, exceeding sales goals through effective prospecting and pipeline development.
- Team Collaborator: Strong interpersonal skills, partnering effectively with BDRs, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive results.
- Strategic Planner: Skilled in forecasting and performance optimization, ensuring weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets are met.
- CRM Whiz: Proficient in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, for efficient lead management, sales activity tracking, and customer trend analysis.
