**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Retail Team Leader to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 6 people and contributing to the success of our store.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, team leadership, and sales performance. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, drive sales growth, and lead by example in terms of work ethic and commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Make customer satisfaction your top priority and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in-store.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and KPI targets, both individually and collectively.
  • Manage rosters to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading periods.
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
  • Oversee stock management to prevent losses and ensure efficient inventory control.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers alike.

**Requirements**

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and mentor a small team for high-performance and succession planning.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets, both individually and collectively.
  • Experience working in a high-volume stock and merchandise environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work during peak gifting periods (e.g., Christmas and Mother's Day).
  • Passion for our product range.
