About the Role

Boutique Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our team members, including handling sensitive information, managing complex scheduling, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks and projects.
  • Project Management: Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of projects, including coordinating with different teams, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating maintenance and IT support, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid and continuous experience as a professional Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and certifications in administrative support or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, resilient under pressure, and expert in managing stakeholder relationships at all organisational levels.
