About the Role

Spring Professional is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and reporting of income and expenditure across a portfolio of shopping centers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and finance, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Retail property experience is highly regarded, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-level administrative duties across a portfolio of shopping centers
  • Oversee income and expenditure administration
  • Directly responsible for debt collection and reducing arrears in accordance with company requirements
  • Prepare and report sales figures for shopping centers
  • Coordinate center projects relevant to the role
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an administration management/finance administration role
  • Retail property experience highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attitude and commitment to working as part of a team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
