Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency.
  • Manage new starter administration, including preparing offers, contracts, and necessary onboarding documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
  • Administer the full leaver process, including conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to the HR team and line managers as needed.
  • Offer general administrative support across the HR team when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is essential; experience within HR is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
