Cameron James Professional Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team during a period of system migration and upgrade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency.
- Manage new starter administration, including preparing offers, contracts, and necessary onboarding documentation.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
- Administer the full leaver process, including conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to the HR team and line managers as needed.
- Offer general administrative support across the HR team when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential; experience within HR is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
