Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at Spring Professional. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording and reporting of income and expenditure across a portfolio of shopping centers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage high-level administrative duties across a portfolio of shopping centers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Oversee the collection, collation, and reporting of sales figures and debt management, working closely with our retail property team.
  • Directly responsible for debt collection and reducing arrears in accordance with company requirements.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with the retail property team to identify and implement center projects that drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an Administration Management or Finance Administration role, preferably in the retail property industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
