We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team. The role involves owning strategic relationships with large clients, delivering to and above their expectations. As the owner of these relationships, you will be responsible for driving growth from these accounts. Your success will depend on your ability to develop strategic account plans, pitch concepts and ideas to clients, and inspire your pod to achieve account goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Owning strategic client relationships and driving growth from these accounts
- Developing strategic account plans and pitching concepts to clients
- Leading a pod to achieve account goals
- Acting as a mentor and coach to ensure pod members are set up for success
- Working in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams to achieve best outcomes for clients
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of experience in account management, account executive, or partnership-related roles
- Experience managing and selling into complex businesses (SaaS)
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and writing skills
- Able to manage multiple clients and thrive under pressure
- Proven track record of relationship management and over-achieving on account goals
- Knowledge of banking, FinTech, SaaS-based products, or identity verification industries
