Territory Manager Upper Body NSW West Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Territory Manager to join our team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for actively marketing products and services within a defined territory, achieving budget and territory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will prepare sales and territory plans to identify specific commercial opportunities and report on them monthly and quarterly.

Key responsibilities include building excellent customer relationships, understanding and imparting product knowledge and detailed technical information. You will maintain a strong customer-centric focus, following through on customer commitments and requests within agreed timeframes. Additionally, you will ensure all expenses, required administrative tasks and ad-hoc tasks instructed by any manager are executed in the required timeframe.

You will be responsible for maintaining and entering all relevant sales activities and opportunities into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and workshops is also an essential part of this role. Ensuring all business is conducted in an ethical, lawful, and compliant manner is of utmost importance.

Requirements
  • University degree in nursing, science, medicine, business or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in medical devices or 5 years sales experience in another discipline.
  • A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia are essential.
  • Proactive self-management in owning the territory and independently driving results.
  • Previous experience with long term, complex sales processes involving managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and execution of sales and territory plans.
