Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to cover NSW & QLD, with a focus on expanding our medical device portfolio and increasing market share.

  • This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their skills in building strong relationships with customers, including specialist nurses, clinical nurse consultants, and educators.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales programs, analysing sales data, and providing insights to sales managers and marketing teams.
  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Increasing market share for a small portfolio of medical devices in New South Wales and Queensland.
    • Implementing a comprehensive sales strategy and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Conducting in-service training sessions in hospitals and with key distributors.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in hospital sales with a proven track record of success in the medical device/medical consumables industry.
  • Degree in Science, Nursing, or Medical-related discipline.
  • Superior selling and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented and focused approach.
