As Territory Manager, you will proactively market products and services within a defined geographic area to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales objectives. Your role involves managing sales activities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market products and services to achieve KPIs and sales targets
  • Develop sales and territory plans to identify commercial opportunities and report on them regularly
  • Establish strong customer relationships, provide product knowledge and detailed technical information
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus and follow through on commitments within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all expenses and administrative tasks are executed efficiently
  • Maintain and enter sales activities and opportunities into the CRM system
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade exhibitions, and workshops
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as nursing, science, medicine, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices or 5 years of sales experience in another discipline
  • A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia are essential
  • Proactive self-management and ability to drive results independently
  • Previous experience with complex sales processes
