Are you a sales professional with a passion for medical devices?

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for actively marketing our products and services within a defined territory to achieve business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Function

Commercial Development

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to identify commercial opportunities and report on them regularly.

Build strong relationships with customers and provide detailed technical information to support their needs.

Maintain a customer-centric focus and ensure timely follow-up on customer commitments and requests.

Ensure all administrative tasks and expenses are executed in the required timeframe.

Enter sales activities and opportunities into our CRM system.

Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade exhibitions.

Conduct business in an ethical, lawful, and compliant manner.

Requirements

University degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, science, medicine, or business.

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices or 5 years of sales experience in another discipline.

Valid driver's license and work rights in Australia are essential.

Proactive self-management skills and ability to own the territory independently.

Previous experience with complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
