About The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate and current information within the Patient Administration systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and current information within the Patient Administration systems.
- Coordinate patient admission process, complete required financial/admission paperwork, and ensure all health fund requirements are met.
- Clearly identify and communicate relevant Health Fund information and associated financial considerations to patients and key stakeholders.
- Liaise daily with clinical managers to obtain required arrival times for the following day, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Participate as a valued team member, promoting a supportive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and patients using appropriate formal and informal channels of communication.
Requirements
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday for various shifts between 6am to 5pm.
- A commitment to supporting our Mission and Values, prioritizing people at the core of everything.
