Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team in a casual capacity. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Support the Practice Manager and clinical team in maintaining the smooth running of the practice, including processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs, and Medicare.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Medical Reception experience, although not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients in a cheerful and light-hearted manner.
  • Organized and efficient, with strong time management skills.
