Healthcare Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective reception and administration services, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff
- Assist in client satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing general information
- Contribute to the overall performance of our organization by prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and reliable transportation
- Demonstrated experience in a busy reception or administration role, providing clerical and customer service duties in a confidential environment
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic information systems
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality
