Airfield Operations Specialist

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Quality assurance of Airside Tracker usage and upkeep of ASO skillsets.
  • Collaboration with ground handlers to ensure efficient operations, promote a strong safety culture, and adherence to airfield policies.
  • Monitoring and addressing non-compliance from ramp users through regular auditing of GSE parking and active involvement in behaviour change initiatives.

Requirements include strong stakeholder influence skills, sound knowledge of Airfield Operations and Ground Handler Activities, as well as effective data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in ensuring user adherence to Airfield Safety and operational policies, alongside ongoing removal of defective GSE and collaboration on project works is desirable.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain strong relationships with airfield users.
