Airfield Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Airfield Standards Coordinator to maintain the safety and compliance of our airfield operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate upkeep and documentation of over 200 airfield documents in compliance with CASA MoS 139, Part 175, and associated regulatory frameworks.
- Support the implementation of a new document management suite for Airfield Operations, utilizing your expertise in document control.
- Collaborate with airfield teams to manage documentation changes effectively, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with operational needs.
- Proactively monitor regulatory updates and facilitate timely documentation revisions, maintaining Melbourne Airport's compliance and future-readiness.
- Implement the Management of Change (MoC) process for all documentation changes as required.
- Maintain organized file structures and enhance accessibility to key documents, including SOPs, Airfield Design, and Works-related outputs.
- Assist the Airfield Standards Manager with document-related projects, risk assessments, and MoC sessions.
This role is crucial in implementing a refreshed document control management system for the airfield. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical writing and documentation management skills, knowledge of CASA MoS 139, Part 175, and associated standards, and proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools.
