Job Title: Airfield Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Airfield Operations Lead. This key position plays a vital part in supporting the Airfield Operations Manager and ASO team in delivering airfield operational functions.

The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of airfield operations, ground handler activities, and processes. They will also possess strong stakeholder and influencing skills to drive effective relationships between airfield users.

About the Role
  • Support the Airfield Operations Manager and wider ASO team in delivery of airfield operational functions
  • Promote a strong 'all of airfield' safety culture and ensure accountability and adherence to airfield operational policies from all airfield users
  • Collaborate with ground handlers and other ramp users to ensure efficient operations
  • Support safety activities by ensuring a risk-based approach to all airfield operations
  • Act as the ASO technical expert to inform and guide operational changes
