Airfield Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our Airfield Operations team as an Operations Lead. This role will be responsible for supporting the Airfield Operations Manager and wider airfield safety team in the delivery of operational functions, while promoting a strong safety culture.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of airfield operations, ground handler activities, and processes. They will also possess strong stakeholder and influencing skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Airfield Operations Manager in delivering operational functions and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Collaborate with ground handlers and other ramp users to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure that quality of reporting is high and acted on.
- Use data and other intelligence to inform and guide operational changes.
- Sound understanding of airfield operations.
- Sound understanding of ground handler activities and processes.
- Strong stakeholder and influencing skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into operational effectiveness.
