In this key position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the airfield operations at Melbourne Airport are both safe and compliant.
Main Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of over 200 airfield documents, adhering to regulatory frameworks.
- Support the implementation of a new document management system for Airfield Operations, bringing subject matter expertise in document control.
- Collaborate with various airfield teams to ensure documentation changes are well-managed, communicated, and aligned to operational needs.
- Proactively monitor regulatory changes and support timely updates to relevant documentation, ensuring Melbourne Airport remains compliant and future-ready.
- You must be detail-oriented, process-driven, and thrive in a structured, safety-critical environment.
- You should possess strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A solid understanding of Airfield Operations and relevant regulatory obligations is essential.
- Familiarity with CASA MoS 139, Part 175, and associated standards is required.
- Strong technical writing and documentation management experience is necessary.
