The Position:
We are seeking a suitably experienced and highly organised professional to join our team as an Office Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the entire team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales administration, including preparation of CMAs, Sale Authorities, and Sales Contracts
- Sales Campaign Management from start to finish, including scheduling photography and brochures
- Receiving and responding to property enquiries
- Assisting with scheduling OFIs
- Supporting the Sales Team and Director
- Managing the front desk reception
- Other administrative duties as required
- $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience
- Full Time hours with no weekend work
- Carparking provided
- Monthly team lunches
- Previous experience as Sales Administration in the Real Estate Sector
- A current Agents Representative Certificate (Cert IV)
- Professional Personal Presentation
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Agentbox is a definite advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and a flexible approach
