Office Administrator

About the Role:
The Company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to support their Sales Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing sales campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk reception.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including sales administration, sales campaign management, and reception duties.
- Manage sales campaigns from start to finish, including scheduling photography, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Respond to property enquiries and assist with scheduling OFI's.
- Support the Sales Team and Director with administrative tasks and projects.
- Manage the front desk reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales administration in the real estate sector.
- Current Agents Representative Certificate (Cert IV) or equivalent.
- Professional personal presentation and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Agentbox is a definite advantage.
What We Offer:
- $80,000 - $90,000 based on experience.
