Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Engage Personnel. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and staff.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional to take their career to the next level. You will be responsible for providing reception and office administration support, including answering incoming calls, managing emails, and meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and staff
  • Answer incoming calls and manage emails
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner
  • Liaise with clients and other organizations in person and over the phone
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration tasks to support our accountants
  • Provide backup support to our ASIC administrators
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably within an accounting or professional services firm
  • Confident in using MYOB, Xero, and MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized with strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for furthering your administrative career
