Administrative Coordinator

Programmed is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to play a critical role in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient environment.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and manage HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and maintaining personnel records.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Support financial operations, including budget tracking, expense reports, and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office protocols.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
