The Role:

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about building relationships and making a positive impact. As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to engage with seniors in their community, helping them stay connected and active.

Your role may involve:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as shopping or gardening
  • Accompanying seniors to events and outings

You'll also have the chance to develop new skills and experiences, while making a real difference in the lives of others.

What We Look For In A Volunteer:

We're seeking individuals who are:

  • Able to commit to regular volunteering sessions
  • Passionate about working with older adults
  • Compassionate, patient, and understanding
  • Willing to undergo a free national police check
  • Open to getting Covid vaccinations and providing valid evidence
Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Demonstrate a client-focused approach
  • Be willing to adapt to changing situations
  • Have reliable transportation (if applicable)
