**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent who will safely navigate local neighbourhoods to deliver customer orders during the day or night. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to providing great customer experiences, and the ability to work independently with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • Pick and pack orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Deliver customer orders to their homes during the day or night
  • Work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends

**Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
