The RoleWe are seeking an energetic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Macquarie Park, Sydney. This is a flexible role that requires minimum 3 days per week, with a negotiable schedule within school hours. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative flair for organizing social events and team-building activities
- Experience in arranging domestic and international travel and visa requirements
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in IT, especially in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Familiarity with diary management and calendar coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible working hours and a fun and challenging work environment.
