At Veolia Water Technologies, we are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our head office team in Macquarie Park.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience in general administration or customer service and a good team player with a high level of personal organisation, a customer focused approach and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Answer all incoming calls to reception and forward to the appropriate staff member
- Monitor and distribute incoming mail and other correspondence
- Meet and greet office visitors in a professional manner
- Franking of outgoing mail and delivery to the post office
- Organise travel and associated requirements in liaison with the Company's travel agency
- Collect couriers and despatch couriers as required
- Keep the office kitchens tidy including cleaning the coffee machines and load/unload the dishwashers periodically
- Complete local expense claims and credit card reconciliations for Head Office staff
A minimum of 5 years' experience in general administration or customer service is essential. A strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
