Senior Architectural Leader

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead their Data Centre/Industrial team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of Data Centre projects, overseeing all aspects from initial planning to final completion.
- Manage due diligence and design projects, providing leadership in various engineering disciplines for new build and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule, meeting design standards and maintaining high quality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team to achieve excellence in technical delivery.
- Foster relationships with clients and collaborate with other divisions within the company.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Take the lead on proposals and bidding processes.
- Fully qualified Architect with at least 7-10+ years of post qualification experience.
- Extensive experience of working on large scale data centre projects.
- Proven delivery in the Data Centre sector, along with Logistics & Industrial exp. being a benefit.
- Experience in leading and mentoring individuals and teams.
- Strong leadership and project management experience.
- Be financially and commercially astute.
