We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture to join our team at NBN Co. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining our enterprise architecture frameworks, tools, methodologies, and architecture repository.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Domain Architects to ensure alignment and integration of key artefacts, including our capability framework and current and target state architecture.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the architecture repository and foster collaboration across the Architecture team to promote best practices.
- Lead the management and evolution of enterprise architecture tools, driving alignment of architecture methodologies within broader enterprise delivery processes.
- Contribute to strategy development activities and provide input on key artefacts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise architecture or a related architecture role.
- Track record of coordination and collaboration within a complex environment to deliver successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of business and IT portfolio management.
- Highly organised and able to collaborate and influence others.
- Familiarity with Telco operations, network infrastructure, and IT systems is highly desirable.
