  • Ensure guest and staff safety through robust procedures, risk management, and emergency preparedness plans.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and guests through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and open channels of communication.
  • Maintain lodge facilities and equipment to ensure high standards of operation, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Represent the organization as the face of the property, engaging in activities and hosting events to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Complete on-call manager duties for guest requests, staff needs, or emergencies, providing timely and effective support.
  • Oversee conservation projects at Arkaba in conjunction with the Conservation officer and wider team, promoting environmental sustainability and community engagement.
