
Senior Guest Experience Manager

At Pullman Adelaide, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead the guest experience and deliver seamless service throughout the hotel. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for coaching and supporting team members to ensure safety and security standards are achieved consistently.
To succeed in this role, you'll require experience in Hotel Front Office as an Assistant/Duty Manager or Team Leader, with expertise in Fidelio or Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. A Senior First Aid Certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol are also necessary.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and possess a strong ability to provide support across other departments as required.
