Role Overview

The Guest Experience Manager role is a pivotal part of the store leadership team. Ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience every day is our top priority.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and foster a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
  • Engage directly with team members to help them understand how their work contributes to the success of the store and its mission.
  • Implement the people vision for the store and cascade it to team members using your independent judgment.
  • Manage the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding, to build a strong and diverse team.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members, closing any gaps by identifying development areas and sourcing training solutions.
  • Lead performance management activities, including direct feedback and continuous check-ins.
  • Address guest feedback and issues, helping to resolve problems and improve the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
  • Must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods.
Work Context:

Work involves moving through a store with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes sitting for extended periods. Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices.
