The Role
Based on beautiful Kamilaroi Country | Lake Keepit
As the Guest Experience Managerat Wilderluxe Lake Keepit, you'll be the heart of every guest's stay. This role extends beyond hospitality; you'll be an ambassador for sustainable & luxury camping, while fostering deep guest connection with Country.
In this role, you'll lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences by creating a customer-focused culture, driving operational excellence, and championing the Wilderluxe brand though blending strategic leadership with hands-on service delivery. Through innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to premium service standards, you will ensure every guest interaction enhances brand reputation, supports financial goals, and strengthens customer loyalty.
About You
The successful candidate will be able to:
- Establish strong guest relationships;
- Develop strong partnerships to achieve results aligned with company goals;
- Demonstrate a strong business acumen;
- Demonstrate previous experience within a reservations system (preferably RMS) and a proven skill set in booking chart optimisation;
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in all aspects of the property;
- Demonstrate outstanding personal presentation;
- Understand the importance of hospitality in the world of luxury camping;
- Comfortably guide guests through concierge style experiences and conversations; and
- Influence and inspire others to deliver on company goals.
Essential requirements of this role:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills;
- Experience in Hospitality & Tourism;
- Current AUS Drivers Licence;
- First Aid Certificate;
- NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (or willingness to obtain); and
- Safe Food Handling Certificate.
This role may be adjusted to accommodatethe needs for a couple application.
