
Senior Guest Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Guest Services Manager to create exceptional experiences for our hotel guests. As a first impression maker, you will be responsible for overseeing guest interactions and managing front office operations to deliver seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage daily hotel inventory and monitor room availability to maximize revenue opportunities
- Ensure operational data accuracy and actioned correctly in systems
- Administration and reporting, including delivering key information to relevant departments
- Manage escalations and complaints effectively
Requirements:
- A qualification in Hospitality Management is desirable
- Current RSA and First Aid Certification, and a current driver's license are essential
- Experience with hotel booking systems, preferably Opera, is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to deliver high standards of service
