Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our night duty team. As the sole RN on shift, you will work closely with a capable and caring team of support staff.

This role requires planning, organizing, and delivering care in line with individual Resident Care Plans.

  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to our Care Staff to ensure safe and person-centred care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.

Requirements

  • You are a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and a passion for leading and supporting care teams in a residential aged care setting.
  • You have at least three years of experience, with aged care or community services experience highly regarded.
  • You provide clear direction and supervision to Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring residents' care needs are met.
