Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to head our residential care facility, providing high-quality person-centred care and services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our 79-bed facility, driving optimal business outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Ensuring the highest possible quality person-centred care and services are provided
  • Delivering optimal business outcomes
  • Driving accountability across the team and ensuring the home is compliant with Aged Care accreditation standards
  • Providing strong leadership, coaching, and development to engage and motivate a high-performance team

About You:

We are looking for a collaborative, strategic, and senior member of the Operations team with experience in the health and/or aged care sector. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen within a services environment
  • Proven hands-on approach with a focus on customer service and leadership
  • Capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proven track record in financial, human, and asset management
