  • Oversee and monitor the provision of care and services within the centre to ensure the physical, social, emotional spiritual and clinical needs of residents are met.", "
  • Provide an environment that ensures standards of service delivery are in accordance with best practice.", "
  • Manage and mentor staff, promoting a holistic, person-centered approach.", "
  • Oversee the performance, development and flow of work activities throughout the facility.", "
  • Ensure key business processes are effectively and continually followed throughout the centre.", "
  • Nurture and grow competencies, and staff skills within the facility by active recruitment, workforce development and effective and contemporary leadership.", "
  • Actively pursue continuous improvement opportunities across the centre.", "
  • Contribute to the development of organisational policies and practices and ensure compliance with those policies and practices throughout the centre.", "

  • Tertiary level qualification in an appropriate field and/or broad-based and extensive experience in managing a diverse, dynamic and complex service.", "
  • Exceptional contemporary leadership skills.", "
  • Demonstrated leadership and performance management experience.", "
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence a wide range of stakeholders and customers.", "
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of person-centred support.", "
  • An understanding of financial management principles with the ability to interpret, act and deliver solid financial results.", "
  • A good understanding and experience of contemporary human resources practices and management practice.", "
