Residential Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our residential care team in Perth.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to manage crisis situations and work under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the residential care home
- Ensuring the home is safe, nurturing, and engaging for young people with complex needs
- Buidling strong relationships with children and young people
- Managing care planning, transitions, and stakeholder collaboration
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or similar qualification
- Experience supporting young people with trauma and high needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
