Juniper Numbala Nunga seeks an exceptional leader for their residential care team.
Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and dynamic professional with experience in managing complex operations, achieving results, and business growth. As our new Residential Manager, you will lead a passionate team at our well-established Juniper Numbala Nunga in Derby, Western Australia.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that the care provided is customer-focused, tailored to individual needs, and provides moments of joy for all our customers.
- Maintain compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards by implementing effective processes and protocols.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their representatives, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, manage, and develop a motivated, kind, and compassionate team.
- Consult with corporate services to allocate and monitor budgets effectively.
- Identify necessary changes and manage transitions within areas of responsibility.
- Participate in risk assessment, hazard control activities, and fire safety programs.
