Job Opportunity:

Senior Contracts Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Specialist to support our E-7A Wedgetail program.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee critical commercial arrangements for both sustainment and advancement of the E-7A Airborne Early Warning & Control capability.
  • Creating, negotiating, and managing contract documents.
  • Resolving complex contractual issues and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on customer objectives and expectations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of [5] years experience in contracts management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of fundamental contracting principles and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Business/Commerce).
