Martinus Rail seeks a seasoned Commercial Manager to lead key rail infrastructure projects.

 

  • Deliver commercially responsible operational environments.
  • Support business growth and organizational strategic initiatives.
  • Review and assess contractual risks for each project.
  • Provide specialist advice on claims and contract variation issues.
  • Conduct commercial reviews and propose compliance departures.
  • Negotiate commercial issues leading to contractual close.

 

Key Project Responsibilities:

  • Project management, risk assessment and mitigation, and negotiation of contracts with stakeholders. Develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
