Job Opportunity: Expert Validation Specialist

Job Description:

A seasoned professional with expertise in validating functional HR processes in Workday HCM and Payroll systems is required to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in validating hire-to-retire processes, compensation, leave, onboarding, and employee lifecycle validation.

Additionally, they should possess experience in payroll workflow validations, validating Employment Types & Pay Scenarios (Casual, Permanent, Retro Pay) across Australian compliance scenarios.
