...As a trusted HR advisor you will be working directly with a broad range of stakeholders in the delivery of hands-on coaching and advisory support on employee relations and industrial relations matters and managing HR cyclical events.
If you're passionate about delivering impactful HR solutions and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career.Key Responsibilities include:Providing expert advice and coaching to managers on employee and industrial relations matters.Coordinating cyclical events such as performance reviews, talent management, and remuneration.Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new people initiatives.Partnering with both internal and external stakeholders, including unions, to deliver people programs.Contributing to initiatives that improve process efficiency and enhance employee engagement.To be successful in this role, you will have:Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline (desirable)Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices & regulationsKnowledge of the Fair Work Act, relevant awards, enterprise agreements and other employment legislation Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsAn Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights Developed communication skillsIntermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite, document preparation and HRIS/payroll, Learning Management and Recruitment SoftwareWhat's on offer:Opportunity for professional growthAn environment with a strong focus on core values and commitment to safety and well-beingHybrid working arrangementsReady to join a values-driven organisation?
